Helen Samayoa is the proud founder of San Diego Transaction Solutions. She is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Over the past few years she has completed various real estate courses and has always been very passionate about it. Helen is bilingual and can speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
Helen has been in the Customer Service industry since 1995. Prior to becoming a transaction coordinator Helen was a district operations manager in the health club industry. 10 years of operations management knowledge has provided her with incomparable management and organizational skills. She found her calling in real estate in 2004 and has used her operations background to excel in file management and agent support. She has taken her knowledge of contracts and transactions to a new level of proficiency. Helen is very resourceful, professional, and is always up to date on current DRE regulations. She takes the time to understand every agent’s needs, expectations, goals and goes above and beyond to ensure their continued success. Helen is very computer savvy and is skilled with the latest Microsoft Office Products as well as MLS, WINforms, and Docusign.
Helen was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in the San Diego area for over 15 years. Helen enjoys running and biking on the beaches as well as hanging out with her dog “Shorty”. Helen also likes to volunteer her time to help with fundraisers for non-profit organizations.
Nicole Norvell is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate, member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, and is certified in Property Management.
Nicole began her career in real estate as the Office Manager for the Keller Williams Rancho San Diego Office. This experience afforded Nicole with the first hand knowledge of what is needed to effectively communicate with all types of Realtors and their clients. Her five years of previous management experience has provided her with exceptional organizational skills and problem solving abilities. Nicole started her career with San Diego Transaction Solutions in January of 2007. For the past 3 years she has worked directly under the owner who trained and developed her daily. The consistent coaching enables Nicole with the capability to deliver the highest level of service to her clients.
Nicole’s attention to detail is unsurpassed. She is an excellent communicator with above average interpersonal, customer service, and follow through skills. She is well versed in with the latest Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as the MLS, WINForms, and Docusign.
Nicole was born and raised in San Diego. She spends her free time riding and showing Corridor Horses, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her 30lb cat! She considers herself to be a “foodie” and indulges in all of the fine foods that San Diego has to offer.
